Dionisio Neto (Chairman)

Dioniso obtained Master of Science, Systems Engineering at Odessa Polytechnique Institute, Ukraine, in 1990. His experience spans across private and public sectors. He worked in various technical, business and sales management positions before setting up IT – Informatica & Tecnologias, Lda in 2003. His proven business skills coupled with trust and personality set Dionisio apart from the crowd; and has been the main reason for the growth of the company with clients now in all sectors of Angolan economy. In an environment where many startups hardly see the light of the day, Dionisio is determined, against all odds, that a world-class enterprise can emerge and blossom in Angola; and expand to other countries.

Msuega Tese (Executive Director)

Tese graduated with an honors degree in Electrical Engineering,  University of Port-Harcourt, Nigeria in 1990. He worked in Nigeria, Gabon and Angola in various technical and management positions. His knack for creating solutions has been the prime consideration for his involvement in several successful projects. He is a member of IoD. Tese believes that projects can be completed on time and on budget with benefits that should always exceed the expectation of the customer. Tese loves to see people develop and hence he is involved in many mentoring relations even outside work. His workshop titled "Success Unmasked" is one of the favorites on Slideshare.net.

Franck Brahim (Director)

Franck graduated with a "Diplome Universitaire de Technologie" (DUT) in Electrical Engineering, Marien Ngouabi University of Brazzaville, Congo in 1995. Franck holds several technical qualifications: Network Appliance Certified Professional (NACP), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), etc. Contant changing technologies only provide opportunities for him to demonstrate his technical mastery. Franck has participated in design and implementation of key IT projects in Congo and Angola. The quality and completeness of the solutions that Franck designs earn him the respect and admiration of his customers and peers. To him, real needs and long term vision of the customer provide litmus test for a good solution.
