WARRANTY SERVICES
iS fully implements manufacturer's full warranty services for all the products that form our solution set.
SLAs
To augment manufacturer's warranty, iS recomends a local Service Level Agreement (SLA).
With the local SLA, we store parts locally and can respond faster to maintenance issues.
PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION
Through its Project Management Office (PMO),iS plans and implements projects using its pool of certified local resources. We partner with other reputation organizations to carry out professional project management using the PMI guidelines.
